Golden Shock / Dior Christmas 2014 Collection

Hope you had a great weekend! How is the Christmas prep coming along?

It surely is the best time of the year with decked up trees, advent calendars, minced pies and of course the limited edition holiday make up releases!!!

So last week I went to Sephora to check out their holiday collection. After an hour long of walking around the isles and checking various holiday collections I had my eyes on Christian Dior's holiday edition and picked up an eye shadow palette, lipstick and two nail enamels. J ’adore the lovely festive packaging!

If you are looking for a subtle look for the day or dramatic look for the evening this palette is a definite buy -buy!!.The deep plum shade at the end and the golden one in the center are my favorite ones, is well pigmented.

Diorific lipstick in Passion Shock

Bold- Beautiful- Bright- Red shade, makes the right hohoho, perfect for this season. And once again the packaging is divine!!! It is a dual toned lipstick; one side is matte with deep intense finish and the other side, a translucent sheen finish.

Diorfic Vernis in 762 Shock and 001 Gold Leaf effect topcoat

It was love at first sight.

762 Shock

Shock is a red shade with slight hint of fuchsia. The formula is so good that just a single coat gives very good coverage.

Gold Leaf Effect Topcoat

Gold leaf is the perfect top coat I have till date!! With delicate random sized miniature golden leaves, it is quite easy to apply.
